The Institute today announced an early preview of The Autocademy™, a new learning and development ecosystem built specifically for modern auto repair businesses. Designed as a structured training ecosystem, the Autocademy supports stronger teams, more capable leaders, and healthier operations, all delivered through one unified ecosystem.

As part of this launch, The Institute will officially transition away from the Gear Course Library, moving to a more modern, guided, and community-driven training experience. The Autocademy represents the next chapter in how The Institute equips shop owners and their teams for long-term success.

The Autocademy was developed by The Institute’s coaches, trainers, and facilitators, leveraging decades of real-world automotive leadership experience. Over the course of hundreds of hours, our team has scripted, recorded, and built structured training content to serve the entire shop, from ownership and leadership to frontline execution. Every module is designed to be practical, repeatable, and immediately applicable inside an operating business.

Access and Availability - Included with Every Institute Program

The Autocademy is included as part of any program at The Institute, further expanding the value and resources available to our members. This on-demand training includes the core content and resources previously available in the Gear Course Library, but represents a major step forward in how The Institute supports shop owners and teams. This gives existing members access to a modern, unified learning platform that strengthens alignment, increases accountability, and drives long-term business growth. 


The Autocademy is licensed at the shop level and billed through The Institute’s standard invoicing process. All current clients will receive the Autocademy access at no additional cost.
