What We Sell
The Institute sells coaching, consulting, resources and education in relation to automotive aftermarket businesses. We focus primarily on business management, but also offer technical training. Our services range from in-person live, online live, a la carte resources, and online services.
We primarily take USD only. In some extenuating circumstances we will accept CAD upon individual request.
Refund policy — If there is an issue with a provided product or service, you may request a refund by contacting us in any of the previously listed instances within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. In extenuating circumstances you can request a refund to be deliberated by The Institute's management for processing.
Delivery policy — Most of our programs are direct services and may have a required scheduling to provide. Our delivered products usually arrive within 1 business week.
Return policy – Most of the products we sell are custom printed, in this circumstance we do not take returns, and would likely process a refund instead.
Cancellation policy — Most programs are monthly subscriptions you can cancel within your account whenever you'd like. our Coaching and Consulting programs require a 30-day written notice of cancelation. more information is provided in the agreements associated with such programs.
Restrictions / Legal
Some of our services require travel. In extenuating circumstances we are unable to travel to a location, we'll usually deliberate a compromise that suits our clientele, which might be sorted with a reschedule. When we consult a client on their business, we in no legal part take any ownership of their business. Our coaching, consultation, resources and education should be seen as professional advice and it is up to the client to apply that advice where they see fit.
