Aaron Woods Named President of the Institute for Automotive Business Excellence

Aaron Woods brings extensive experience in automotive business leadership, operational

development, and industry coaching. Over the past several years, he has been a key leader within the Institute, working closely with shop owners and leadership teams to strengthen profitability, improve culture, and implement disciplined operational systems.

As President, Woods will focus on expanding the Institute’s impact across the automotive aftermarket while strengthening the organization’s coaching programs, peer groups, and professional development offerings.
