The Institute Summit is a conference for the GEAR Performance Group Members and every shop owner looking to take their shop to the top. The event includes training from experts inside and outside the automotive repair industry, networking time with top-earning shops and professionals, delicious food, and fun activities with like-minded people.Â
Taking place in sunny St. Pete, Florida on January 31st - February 3rd of 2023, it's the perfect trip to bring your family along to get away from the cold! Your ticket gets you access to everything happening during the event, as well as discount rates at the Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park.Â

Gen Admission Ticket
General Admission includes access to every event and training held during The Institute Summit, beginning at 3pm on January 31st with Check-In and Welcome Reception, and ending February 3rd at 1pm with a Closing Ceremony. This includes most meals (all breakfasts, lunches, and some dinners) as well as access to evening events and networking with our sponsors and exhibitors.
