Day 1: Vision & Value Proposition
We explore the fundamental concepts of creating value and defining a clear vision for your role. This foundation helps advisors understand their purpose and align their goals with the shop’s objectives, leading to improved customer interactions and enhanced service quality.
Day 2: Communication Skills
Advisors master effective communication techniques, how to interact confidently with clients and team members, whether in person, on the phone, or online. Effective communication boosts customer satisfaction, Â fosters a collaborative work environment, and communicates the value of what you do for your customer.Â
Day 3: Operations & Workflow
Day 3 is all about streamlining and optimizing shop operations. Advisors will gain insights into efficient scheduling, dispatch, and workflow management. These skills ensure that the shop runs smoothly, increasing productivity and reducing bottlenecks, reducing stress for your team and your customers.Â
Day 4: Overcoming Objections
Dedicated to navigating negotiation skills and conflict resolution, Advisors will develop techniques to handle customer objections and conflicts ethically and effectively. Mastering these helps in maintaining customer trust and closing sales more efficiently.
Day 5: Implementation & Action Plan
On the final day, while solidifying their knowledge of advanced sales tactics, Advisors will also create their "Next 90-Day" Plan, outlining actionable steps to achieve their goals. This plan focuses on leveraging their strengths and addressing their opportunities for continuous improvement. Advisors will leave with a clear strategy for success and receive a follow-up 1-on-1 coaching session to ensure ongoing development, far after the intensive ends.Â

Testing & Certification:
Advisors and Owners will receive a pre-screening self-assessment to gauge current performance. Each day includes a knowledge-check test to ensure comprehension of the day's content. On the final day, advisors will take a comprehensive exam to determine their certification status. Those who pass will receive their certification to take home. For those who don't, we'll schedule a 1-on-1 coaching session to address areas of improvement and provide an opportunity to retake the assessment.
Advisor Report Card:
Our expert instructors will evaluate advisors daily on various criteria, documenting their strengths and areas for improvement. This performance report will be shared with both the advisor and the owner, along with tailored recommendations to support the advisor's ongoing development and enhance sales skills and customer satisfaction.
Ongoing Success Plan:
On the last day, advisors will create a "Next 90-Day" Plan outlining their goals, tasks, targets, and actions for the upcoming three months. We'll guide them through identifying weaknesses to overcome and strengths to leverage for achieving remarkable results. Each advisor will also receive a follow-up 1-on-1 coaching session for a Recap-Review-Refocus Session to ensure their continued success far beyond the intensive.
